I had the opportunity to check out the Co-Pilot made by Satori Aerial. The Co-Pilot™ tripod adapter is a drone accessory designed to alleviate flight fatigue on the neck, wrist and hands by allowing pilot to attach their remote control to a tripod.
From the start I was very impressed with the idea of the product. Obviously, a lot time and consideration was put into the development of the Co-Pilot.
The Co-Pilot adapter is designed to accommodate various DJI remote controllers including the Phantom 3 and 4, Inspire 1 and 2 and the Matrice series. Depending on the type of controller used and the USB or HDMI output will dictate how the product is set up. It may be necessary to remove the plastic Model Output Spacer. Keep the spacer handy if different remote controllers will be used.
I flew with the Phantom 4 remote control and the Inspire 2 with CrystalSky. It was very nice not having the weight of the CrystalSky hanging around my neck for the entire flight.
So often I have seen autonomous missions in the field with the controller sitting on a table or hanging from the tripod hook, because of the weight of the remote controller and tablet hanging from your neck has caused fatigue. Using the Co-Pilot will relieve the fatigue while offering a safe and secure place for the controller. It also looks more professional in the field.
Safety is important. If there is an urgent situation, the Co-Pilot allows the controller to be quickly removed from the tripod.

Co-Pilot is perfect for autonomous missions. You don’t have to have the controller hanging from your neck for long periods of time. Avoid drone controller fatigue with the Co-Pilot.
