By submitting this form you hereby agree to the herein selected sponsorship level for the 2022 Women in Emerging Aviation Technologies Awards and or the Thought Leaders' Summit, Lounge and Reception presented by Women and Drones.
I understand that upon submission of this commitment form, an invoice will be sent from Women and Drones to the sponsor contact indicated on this form. Payment is due Net 10 and can be made via ACH, credit card or Bill.com. Sponsorships are non-refundable. In then event of venue cancellation due to a pandemic or other situations beyond the control of the Women and Drones organization, sponsorship funds can be applied to the next recognition awards program or exchanged for Women and Drones digital marketing support. Women and Drones leadership will work with each sponsor to determine the best resolution. In the event the sponsor needs to cancel participation the funds are not refundable.
