We are in search for women who are making an impact in the UAS/AAM industry. Your are invited to submit a nomination to help us determine the honorees for 2022. There are ten categories for the Women to Watch nominations. Download the 2020 Women to Watch Nomination Award Category List

Selection Process:  As in past years, a panel of international judges will review and score the nominations based on the value of the significant impact of the nominee’s contributions to the industry. Your completed form is the only information used to determine the merits of each nominee. The only external sources allowed are a link to the nominee’s LinkedIn profile and the nominee’s business website. No other external links or websites are permitted.

Recognition: Individuals selected for the 2022 Women to Watch class will be recognized in-person on stage at CES during our annual awards program. Honorees will be presented with a Women to Watch trophy, featured in our Women to Watch video, featured on our Women to Watch webpage, and celebrated at our private industry recognition event immediately following the awards ceremony.

Who is eligible for the 2022 Women to Watch Award
Nominations are open to any woman actively working in the UAS/AAM industry.
Are self nominations acceptable?
Yes. We welcome self nominations!
When will nominees be notified about their status of being selected as an honoree?
Individuals will be notified no later than Tuesday, November 15, 2022.
When is the Women to Watch Awards ceremony?
The ceremony will be held on Friday, January 6, 2023 live during our annual awards celebration at CES.
Can Women to Watch Honorees from previous years be selected again for the Women to Watch award?
Previous award honorees of our Women to Watch recognition can be honored if nominated in a different category, role and company from their previous honoree selection.
When will the Women to Watch Honorees be announced?
The Women to Watch cohort of 2022 will be announced live at CES on Friday, January 6, 2023.
Are nominees required to attend the Women to Watch Awards ceremony?
Ideally yes. We ask honorees to attend the Awards Ceremony during our annual CES awards program in Las Vegas on Friday, January 6, 2023. However, where necessary we will make every effort to work with the potential nominee to have a representative accept the award on her behalf. If the nominee does not attend she may forfeit the recognition items planned for the honorees.
Will the ability to participate in person the Women To Watch ceremony impact a nomination?
Yes.
Will a CES ticket be provided to Women to Watch Honorees?
Yes. Each Woman to Watch Honoree will be offered one CES Exhibit Hall ticket to the world largest tech event. Travel, lodging and meal expenses are not included.
What are the planned celebratory activities for Women to Watch Honorees?
Inductees will participate in the on stage awards trophy presentation, a celebratory reception, photo sessions and additional planned activities.
