Chelsea Gonzalez and Jen Hartigan will introduce the new SIRAS commercial drone from the global leader in developing technology that enhances perception and awareness, Teledyne FLIR. This new domestic- and Taiwan-produced drone includes both thermal imaging and visible imaging for use in public safety, fire, search, rescue, and critical infrastructure inspection.
It was built with security in mind, in that it does not require a profile or cloud connection to operate, plus its geofence free to give control to the pilot so they can take the drone when and where it’s needed to complete the mission. It also provides a suitable alternative for organizations that want to, or are required by law, to transition away from platforms originating in countries of concern.
Through the conversation Jen and Chelsea will also share their personal experience and background about how they go into the drone market, along with their roles in bringing the SIRAS drone to life.
