Make a lasting impression on everyone arriving for the evening with a welcome registration sponsorship at the 2023 Awards event. This prestigious event will take place at the Smithsonian Air and Space Museum, Washington, DC on October 25, 2023.

As our Registration Desk Sponsor, you will have the opportunity to showcase your brand on welcome signage at the reception desk, where everyone will check in and receive their event ID.

Your organization will also be acknowledged as a sponsor during the event and in our post event digital marketing sponsor acknowledgements.

As our Registration Desk sponsor your brand will be on display as all attendees arrive and check in for the festivities. Signage will have your brand featured in the Registration area.

The Registration Desk Sponsor will receive one admission ticket to the summit and the awards ceremony.

The item below will be required for fulfillment.

Sponsor must provide their high resolution logo (300 dpi) in png or jpg format the logo must have a transparent background. Logo artwork must be submitted no later than October 3, 2023. Once submitted the logo cannot be changed.

Logos will be listed in order received.
