Women in leadership often face various risks and challenges, many of which are rooted in societal biases and structural inequalities. Some of the risks women may encounter in leadership positions include gender bias, limited representation, isolation and lack of support, and double standards associated with being assertive and ambitious as their male counterparts.

Facing these challenges and risks competently and confidently is what will be covered in this 60-minute workshop. In this session, participants will learn effective strategies in using their human intelligence – emotional, social, cultural, and organizational intelligence – to rethink ambiguity in expectations, deal with conflict realism, pursue novel avenues of professional growth, and change risk aversion to risk adventure.
