About the Women to Watch Global Awards
The award is designed to acknowledge and motivate women who are driving change and leading the industry closer to gender parity. In creating this list, we aim to raise the profile of women doing amazing work to encourage more to embrace UAS/AAM technology.
How We Made Our Selections
During the nomination period, individuals were permitted to nominate themselves or others. Judges were assigned to each category. Judges were required to review and score the submissions based on their assigned category. The submission within each category with the highest score was named the honoree to represent the category..
